OUR MISSION

We have two missions: one for our families, one for our candidates.

At AU PAIRIN' Cape Town we understand that being a parent can be challenging at the best of times.

Our mission is to bring you an affordable, personalised and tailored placement service. Whether it's a nanny, au pair, tutor or home-based caregiver, we take time to understand your family's needs. We have a dual commitment to your family and the candidate we place with you.

All our candidates are trained, experienced and must abide by our values and code of conduct at all times. We only consider the top applicants for positions.

We are passionate about childcare and love building and maintaining warm relationships with our team and families. We are based in Cape Town and enjoy meeting our clients for consultations during the placement process. Please feel free to get in touch, especially if it's your first time hiring an au pair or nanny.

Sign up for our training

We run monthly nanny and au pair training courses which includes customised, accredited Level 1 first aid training.

Earn a first aid certificate

Complete our two-day course and receive your accredited first aid certificate.

Join our database

We'll add you to our database of trained candidates and start marketing you across our web and social platforms.

Find your match

We'll find families that match your skills and preferred working arrangements - and send you to job interviews.

Letting someone into your home is a big step. We work hard to find candidates with the same values as your family.
